Delete your account

What deleting removes

• Your listings, photos, results and exports.
• Every credit on the account, including bought and free-try credits, and the record of your free try.
• Your sign-in methods and sessions.

What happens, and when

• All queued and running edits stop at once.
• A plan paid on the web through Stripe is cancelled at once, with no further charges.
• A plan bought in the App Store or Google Play app must be cancelled in that store.
• Your data is removed from our servers within 7 days. Photos you already downloaded are not affected.
• Deleting cannot be undone. If you sign in again later with the same address, you start a new account.
