Terms and conditions

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Host Dusk (hostdusk.com) and its related services (the “Service”), provided by TEXTINTEL FZE, Starcamp Global, DWTC The Offices One, Office Number 01.03, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. The Service

The Service provides automated editing of photos you upload. Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before you use or publish them, and for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases.

4. Subscriptions, credits and payments

• Prices, plans and credit amounts are shown on our pricing page and before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credits are used as described at the time of purchase, have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund of your last subscription payment within seven (7) days of the payment by contacting support@hostdusk.com. Each user may request a refund only once. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and the results created from it. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have all rights and consents needed for the content you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or that you have no right to use;
• use the Service to mislead or deceive others;
• misuse, interfere with, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service;
• circumvent usage limits or create accounts to abuse offers.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
