How credits work

  • One credit per photo

    A run on 12 photos uses 12 credits, whether a photo is the original or an earlier result. A regenerate or a retry uses 1.

  • Cost before you spend

    Run, Regenerate and Retry show their cost on the button, next to your balance.

  • Failed edits are refunded

    A photo that comes back with no image returns its credit automatically. Stopping a run returns the credits of photos not started yet.

  • Plan credits renew each period

    Your plan adds its credits at the start of each week, month or year. Unused plan credits end with the period; they do not roll over.

  • Spent in a sensible order

    Plan credits go first, because they expire; then free-try credits; then bought credits.

  • Changing plans

    Moving up starts now and charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down starts at renewal.

  • Cancelling

    Your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Bought credits wait for your next plan, and every result keeps downloading clean.

Questions

What counts as a credit?
One photo through one tool. Tidy up and then Lighting on the same photo is 2 credits. Looks are not charged separately.
Is there a watermark?
Only on results from the free try, and only until your account has had a plan. Results made with a plan never have one, including after the plan ends.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
Packs are for accounts with an active plan. Credits you bought stay on your account if the plan ends, and you can spend them when you have a plan again.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, Plan and credits, choose Manage billing. Payment method, invoices and cancelling are handled on Stripe’s billing page.
What if a result looks wrong?
Regenerate it for 1 credit, or report it. A photo that returns no image is refunded automatically. Check each photo before you publish it.
Do I pay in my currency?
Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may convert them. If tax applies, Stripe shows it at checkout before you pay.
